No—this is not full property management. You stay in control of your home. I simply help with the on-the-ground details so you don’t have to worry while you’re away.

Yes—when needed. I can coordinate access or meet vendors on-site depending on the situation.

Who pays the vendors?
All vendors bill you directly. I coordinate everything, but you stay in control of all services and payments.

Do I have to sign up monthly?
Not at all. Some clients use me for occasional visits, while others prefer a simple monthly plan for consistent coverage.
