What exactly do you do?

I provide home watch and property support for homeowners who are away part-time or renting their homes. I act as your local point of contact to make sure everything is taken care of.

Is this property management?

No—this is not full property management. You stay in control of your home. I simply help with the on-the-ground details so you don’t have to worry while you’re away.

What kind of things do you help with?

• Property checks & walkthroughs

• Between-guest inspections

• Help when issues come up (during service hours)

• Restocking & getting the home guest-ready

Do you handle emergencies?

I provide support during normal service hours and help coordinate trusted local vendors if something urgent comes up.

Do you meet vendors at the property?

Yes—when needed. I can coordinate access or meet vendors on-site depending on the situation.

Who pays the vendors?

All vendors bill you directly. I coordinate everything, but you stay in control of all services and payments.

Do I have to sign up monthly?

Not at all. Some clients use me for occasional visits, while others prefer a simple monthly plan for consistent coverage.

• Priority scheduling
• Photo updates after visits

Essential Home Watch Plan 
(Simple monthly peace of mind)

• 2 biweekly home watch visit
• Interior & exterior walk through
• Check for leaks, AC, electrical issues, and visible concerns
• Run water & flush toilets
• Doors/windows checked for security
• 5–10 photos + basic update after visit
